ABOUT ME
Brianne Black, M.S., C.P.T
Hi there! My name is Brianne Black, better known as "Bri." I am a lover of all things fitness and health. My journey with fitness started in college during my undergraduate career. I began participating in exercise and changing my daily routine to incorporate more physical activity. After graduating from Texas Tech, I knew I wanted to pursue more in the fitness realm. I was accepted into the University of Houston Clear Lake where I received a Master of Science in Exercise and Health. During my time in Houston, I became a Graduate Assistant for a Community Outreach Program working with senior adults where I trained/taught them to exercise. It didn't take long to realize I have a passion for working with the elderly population. I learned exercise is so much more than just "losing weight" or "building muscle." It is about the quality of one's life! My approach to training is all about the client while helping each person build confidence, have fun, and move better.
