Workouts are completely personalized to a client's wants, needs, and desires. During a session, a client can expect to work on balance, core strengthening, muscular and cardiorespiratory training. Workouts are for all age groups.
To cancel or reschedule please do within 24 hours of the session. If the session is not canceled within the 24-hour window there will be no refund.
