Service Description

Workouts are completely tailored to a client's wants, needs, and desires. During a session a client can expect to work on balance, muscular training, core strengthening, and cardiorespiratory training. These workouts are made for all age groups! The 45-minute time slot is a happy medium and the best option for beginners. This gives me enough time to give instructions and demonstrate the exercises to the client.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do within 24 hours of the session. If the session is not canceled within the 24-hour window there will be no refund.
